隱私權政策

我們收集的資料

• 訂單資料：姓名、聯絡方式（LINE ID 或 Email）、寄送方式與寄送資訊（門市、地址或面交地點）、購買的商品與金額。
• 會員資料：用 Google 或 Email 登入時，我們會取得你的 Email 地址；用 Google 登入時，另外會取得你的 Google 帳戶名稱與頭像。你也可以在會員中心自行儲存姓名、聯絡方式和寄送資訊。
• 防濫用紀錄：為了防止惡意大量下單，系統會記錄下單來源 IP 的加密雜湊值（無法還原成原始 IP），不保存原始 IP。
• 登入狀態：為了讓各商店共用登入，登入狀態存在 cccardstw.com 網域的 Cookie，只用來維持登入，不用於追蹤或廣告。
• 本機設定：購物車、語言和深淺色設定存在你瀏覽器的本機儲存空間，只留在你的裝置上，我們看不到。

各商店共用的會員帳號

• CCcards 旗下商店共用同一個會員帳號。你在其中一間登入，其他商店也會是登入狀態；你儲存的姓名、聯絡方式和寄送資訊，在各商店結帳時都會自動帶入。
• 會員中心會同時列出你在各商店的訂單。
• 各商店的賣家只看得到自己商店的訂單，看不到你在其他商店的訂單。

資料的用途

• 處理訂單：保留商品、確認庫存、出貨和售後服務。
• 寄送訂單通知：訂單成立、確認、付款、出貨、取消等進度通知，會寄到你的會員 Email 或下單時填的 Email。
• 會員功能：結帳時自動帶入你的資料，並在會員中心列出你的訂單。
• 防止濫用：限制同一來源短時間內的下單次數。

我們不會販售你的資料，不會用於廣告或行銷，也不會寄送電子報。

Google 登入資料

• 使用「用 Google 登入」時，我們只要求 Google 提供基本的帳戶資訊：Email 地址、名稱與頭像，不會存取你的 Gmail、雲端硬碟、聯絡人或其他 Google 服務的內容。
• 這些資料只用於建立與辨識你在 CCcards 各商店共用的會員帳號、寄送訂單通知，不會轉給第三方，也不會用於廣告或訓練任何模型。
• 我們使用與傳輸從 Google API 取得的資料，會遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括「有限使用」的規定。
• 你可以隨時到 Google 帳戶的第三方連結設定 移除 CCcards 的存取權。

資料的分享與存放

我們只在提供服務必要的範圍內，把資料交給以下服務商處理：

• Supabase：存放訂單與會員資料、處理登入。
• Resend：寄送訂單通知與登入信。
• Cloudflare：網站主機與防機器人驗證。
• Discord：把新訂單通知傳給賣家，內容包含訂單商品、買家姓名、聯絡方式和寄送資訊。
• 物流業者（例如 7-11 賣貨便、中華郵政）：只提供寄送所需的姓名與寄送資訊。

除了以上情況或法律要求，我們不會把你的資料提供給任何第三方。

保存期間

• 訂單資料保存 2 年，以便售後服務與帳務處理，之後刪除。
• 會員資料保存到你要求刪除帳號為止。

你的權利與刪除資料

• 你可以在任一商店的會員中心（Riftbound、Hit Please）查看、修改或清空你儲存的會員資料。
• 想查閱、刪除你的會員帳號或訂單資料，請回覆任何一封 CCcards 或所屬商店寄給你的通知信，或透過下單時留的聯絡方式告訴我們，我們會在 7 天內處理。
• 刪除帳號後，已完成的訂單紀錄會依上面的保存期間保留，但不再與你的帳號連結。

Privacy Policy (English)

CCcards (cccardstw.com) is a small, individually run seller of second-hand trading cards. This policy covers all CCcards shops: CCcards Riftbound (riftbound.cccardstw.com) and Hit Please (hitplease.cccardstw.com).

• What we collect: order details (name, contact such as LINE ID or email, shipping method and address or pickup store, items and amounts); for members, your email address and — when you sign in with Google — your Google account name and profile picture; a one-way hash of the ordering IP address for abuse prevention (raw IPs are not stored). Cart, language and theme settings stay in your browser's local storage.
• Shared account: all CCcards shops share one member account. Signing in on one shop signs you in on the others through a cookie on the cccardstw.com domain, used only to keep you signed in. Your saved details prefill checkout in every shop, and the member center lists your orders from all shops. Each shop's seller can only see that shop's orders.
• How we use it: to process and ship orders, send order status emails, prefill checkout and list your orders in the member center, and prevent abusive ordering. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or marketing.
• Google user data: Google sign-in only requests your email address, name and profile picture. We do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data. This data is used only to create and identify your shared CCcards account and send order notifications, is never transferred to third parties, and is never used for advertising or to train models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings.
• Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Discord (new order alerts to the seller, including items, buyer name, contact and shipping details), and shipping carriers (only the details needed for delivery).
• Retention: order records are kept for 2 years; member data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
• Your choices: you can view and edit your saved details in the member center of any shop (Riftbound, Hit Please). To access or delete your account or order data, reply to any CCcards notification email or contact us through the contact method you used when ordering; we handle requests within 7 days.
